This session will provide advanced-level insight into eight key concepts in physician employment agreements. Physician enterprise or practice managers who administer (or need to revise and update) physician employment agreements will find this insightful for their practices. Individual physicians will glean insight into their own contractual provisions and will learn what to ask for in their next negotiation. Negotiation strategies will also be shared. Key topics include “tail” insurance, non-competes, production-based compensation formulas (wRVUs), liability and termination rights.
